SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dairy industry and can be used in the daily nutrition of people as a multifunctional product that has a beneficial effect on the body. A drink based on buttermilk is proposed, including buttermilk and syrup, while the drink contains syrup from cloudberries and syrup from mulberries as a syrup, with the following ratio of initial components, wt.%: buttermilk 70.0-90.0; cloudberry syrup 6.0-18.0; syrup from mulberries 4.0-12.0.
EFFECT: invention provides for the expansion of the range and improvement of the quality of buttermilk drinks, which have an increased level of nutritional value, organoleptic characteristics and functional characteristics.
