FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrophysical and electrochemical processing, particularly, to electrosparking processing on automated cutout CNC production centers. In the method during electrosparking processing the details maintain the controlled parameter based on the determination of the amount of energy released in the electrode gap, at a preselected optimum level by adjusting the processing conditions by dint of CNC system. Ratio of the effective value of the high-frequency vibrations of processed part and effective discharge current pulse values is used as the said control parameter, and correction of processing conditions is performed by changing the pulse duration, maximum value of discharge current, pulse repetition frequency, time interval between series of pulses and rate of the working fluid pumping.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of implementation of the process adaptive control system with increase in efficiency of electrosparking processing.
