In order to achieve high quality of the coffee beverage produced during the brewing process at various grinding degrees of the grinding product, the solution according to the invention provides that during the first interval (ΔT1) of supply time, pressurized boiling water is supplied to boiling water inlet (35) of brewing device (30) according to the first mode of boiling water supply, and that during second interval (ΔT2) of the supply time determines the boiling water parameter, which is related to the volume flow (Q, Q3) and/or with the supplied (B, P3) boiling water pressure (P, P3), and using the boiling water parameter, setting mode value is set for the second mode of boiling water supply, and that during the second interval (ΔT2) of supply time boiling water is supplied to boiling water inlet (35) according to the second mode of boiling water supply, wherein tuning value of mode determines at least one continuous mode for the second mode of boiling water supply, in which boiling water is supplied continuously, and pulse mode for the second mode of boiling water supply, in which boiling water is supplied in pulse mode.

EFFECT: installation of adjusting value of mode for the second mode of boiling water supply includes - depending on parameter of boiling water - at least one choice between continuous mode for the second mode of boiling water supply and pulse mode for the second mode of boiling water supply.
