FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to methods of processing soya seeds, and is intended for production of protein-energy additives which increase productivity of farm animals. Method is implemented as follows: whole or ground soya grains for 1 hour are held in hydrocarbonate-sulphate-sodium thermal water, temperature of which is equal to 90 °C at outlet. Such treatment excludes power consumption and simultaneously there is concentration of soya grains with macro- and trace elements.
EFFECT: use of invention enables to break down anti-nutritional substances of soya grains and enrichment thereof with macro- and trace elements.
