FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. Device for safe stent positioning consists of case, wheel of rotation of the screw, propeller, slider with cam, the sleeve with using clamps and rubber brace on them, wedge consisting of two elements, spring and fixing button, located in the casing. By preparation of the device to use, previously is performed sequential introduction of coronary stent on delivery system inside the device, then the coronary stent on delivery system is manually supplied to the affected coronary artery, delivery system is fixed in the device and by means of rotation wheel the stent is positioned in coronary artery.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows maximally accurate, quickly and safety to carry out positioning of coronary stent at simple and complex anatomical lesions of coronary bed, as well as during stenting renal, visceral arteries.
