SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely, to a device and method for safe positioning of coronary stent in coronary arteries to provide maximally accurate, rapid and safe coronary stent positioning with simple and complex anatomical lesions of the coronary bed, in particular in the coronary artery with endovascular coronary stenting to restore lumen of artery sites narrowed as a result of lesions. Device, for a stent positioning in the coronary arteries, is a body with a through hole for placing a coronary stent delivery system, consisting of a front truncated part with recesses for the operator's hand and with a pressure surface on the outer surface, and a rear cylindrical part connected to the front part rotatable relative to the front part. On the inner side of the rear cylindrical part there is a thread, with which the projection of the runner contacts, runner is located inside the rear cylindrical part movable along the guides inside the body and by means of a sleeve connected to the gripper. Gripper is provided with flaps with elastic elements in the gripper retainer of the delivery system from the sleeve side, placed with the possibility of rotation around their axis, and with projections from the opposite side, located in the pressure cylinder. Pressure cylinder consists of two parts and contacts with unlocking flaps placed at an angle to each other and to the pressure cylinder, equipped with a pressure surface on the outer surface of the truncated part of the body. Method for positioning a coronary stent in the coronary arteries is characterized in that, when placing the coronary stent delivery system in the device body, pressing is performed onto the unlocking device pressure surface located on the outer truncated part of the body. Inner part of the unlocking device is located inside the body and consists of the flaps, located at an angle to each other and to the pressure cylinder, interacting with a pressure cylinder that compresses the projections of the gripper flaps located therein, and opening the flaps with elastic elements. Elastic elements are arranged to rotate about an axis in the sleeve, located in the rear cylindrical part of the body and connected to the runner, located in the rear part of the body. Gripper flaps form a hole, in which the delivery system is housed inside the body through the holes of the front and rear parts of the body. Pressure surface is released, and the coronary stent delivery system is fixed inside the body of the device, then the delivery system by rotating the rear cylindrical part of the body in a circumferential direction with respect to the front part of the body moves longitudinally along the guides inside the body to the required distance with the transformation of the rotational movement of the cylindrical body part into the progressive movement of the gripper and runner as a result of hooking projection, located on the runner guides, with the thread of the inner surface of the rear cylindrical part of the body. To return the delivery system to its original position, the rear cylindrical part of the body is rotated in the reverse direction, pressing the pressing surface of the unlocking device, compression of the gripper flaps inside the pressure cylinder with unlocking of the gripper flaps with elastic elements and release of the delivery system inside the body.

EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to substantially reduce the radiation load on the patient and medical personnel, as well as to reduce the patient's radiopaque stress.
