FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment and is intended for use in medicine for the purpose of maximally accurate, rapid and safe coronary stent positioning with simple and complex anatomical damages of the coronary bed, in particular in the coronary artery during endovascular coronary stenting to restore lumen of narrowed as a result of damage artery sites. Device for a stent positioning in the coronary arteries, is a body with a through opening for placing the coronary stent delivery system, consisting of a front truncated portion adapted for the operator's hand, and a rear cylindrical portion connected to the front portion with a circumferential rotation relative to the front portion. On the inner surface of the rear cylindrical part a thread is made, contacting with the gripper projection located on one side on the guides with the possibility of moving longitudinally inside the body and provided with two flaps with elastic elements in the area of the delivery system capture on the other side. One of the gripper flaps is made elastic, and is provided with a projection with a pressure surface, which are part of the elastic flap and gripper, and the other is made rigid. In the front truncated part of the body, the expansion is made with the possibility of interacting with the pressing surface of the protrusion of the gripper elastic flap, which outer part is a pressure plate located on the outside of the body, and the inner part is made in the form of flaps and is located inside the body from the pressure plate rear side. When placing the coronary stent delivery system in the device body, pressing is performed onto the pressure plate located on the outside of the body, which inner part, located inside the body from the rear side of the pressure plate and consisting of the flaps, presses on the gripper elastic flap protrusion pressing surface, located in the rear cylindrical part of the body, which second flap is made rigid and displaces the elastic flap with formation of an opening between the inner sides of the elastic and rigid flaps provided inside with the elastic elements, in which the delivery system is housed inside the body through the openings of the front and rear parts of the body, then the pressure plate is released and the coronary stent delivery system is fixed inside the body of the device. Then, by rotating the rear cylindrical part of the body circumferentially relative to the front of the body, the delivery system is moved longitudinally to the required distance with the conversion of the cylindrical housing part rotational motion into the gripper translational motion as a result of engagement of the gripping projection disposed on the grip guides, with the thread of the rear cylindrical body part inner surface.
EFFECT: inventions allow the more quick and accurate positioning of coronary stent in the coronary artery.
