FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine. Device body designed for positioning a coronary stent in coronary arteries and extending a catheter sensor for imaging inside vessels is intended for the use in medicine. The body consists of an anterior part and a rear one, each of which consists of two identical halves, a ring on the anterior smooth part of the body and a cylindrical tie over the rear of the body. The rear part of the body is overlapped to the body anterior. The anterior part is, on the one hand, a truncated part of the body, and on the other hand, it passes sequentially into a cylindrical part, a smooth cylindrical part of a smaller diameter, and the runner guide, the parts thereof are connected for strengthening, and has transverse walls for connecting to the other half of the body in the zone of the guides end. The body in its anterior cylindrical part on both sides is fitted with rectangular holes for the retainer eyes, with point projections and a straight wall on one side of the projection in each one to hold the retainer eyes in extreme position, and the retainer itself in the closed position, and is made with a thickened wall in the area between the holes of the retainer. A cylindrical groove with dotted elements is made along the circumference of the smooth cylindrical part of the body anterior part on the side of the guide wheel. The inner surface of the rear part of the body consists of a smooth surface and the surface with a double thread around the circumference. The smooth surface of the rear part of the body is located above the smooth cylindrical anterior part of the body, whereas the inner surface, made with a double thread around the circumference, designed to engage with the protrusions of the runner, is located above the runner. A cylindrical protrusion with dotted elements is completed between the smooth inner surface and the surface with an internal double thread of the rear part of the body for engaging with a cylindrical groove of the smooth cylindrical part of the body suitable for rotation of the rear cylindrical part around its axis. There is a cylindrical tie on the rear part of the body.
