SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to the cardiovascular system. Inventive device comprises a housing consisting of a front part and a rear part connected by a groove in a circle with the possibility of rotating the rear part of the housing, runner with a cap threaded on a runner thread, collets with collet hooks placed in the runner and rotatable around its axis, a lock with loops, wherein the runner cap is disposed. While preparing the device to use, in all embodiments of the invention, a coronary stent on the delivery system is previously sequentially introduced into the device, coronary stent on the delivery system is further manually fed to the zone of the coronary artery lesion, the delivery system is fixed in the device and is positioned in the coronary artery by rotation of the rear part of the housing.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides maximally accurate, quickly and safety positioning of coronary stent at simple and complex anatomical lesions of coronary bed, as well as during stenting renal, visceral arteries.
