FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Housing of a device for positioning a coronary stent or coronary balloon in coronary arteries comprises retainer 28 with lugs 30, slider with hole for placement of delivery system in it, provided with projections for engagement with internal thread of rear cylindrical part 14 of housing and protrusions for movement along guides inside housing on one side, and a cap with a hole equipped with a rubber bushing with an hole inside with cone-shaped and end surfaces, corresponding to surfaces inside the cap and the slider, placed in the cap with thread for screwing on the slider on the other side, wherein housing consists of front and rear parts of housing 1, 14, made of two halves. Front part 1 of housing is on one side truncated part with continuation in form of tube for connection with Y-connector and with cutout for coronary conductor, and on the other side changes serially into cylindrical part with holes for lugs of retainer with two point projections in each and smooth cylindrical part 7 of smaller diameter, on end of which on side of guide for slider there is cylindrical slot with point elements, and has guide for slider. Back part 14 of the body is made cylindrical, inside it has a smooth surface, in circumferential direction of which there are point elements on the side of retainer, and surface with two-thread thread along circumference. Between smooth inner surface and surface with two-thread in circumferential direction cylindrical projection with point elements is made. Outer surface of rear part is made with alternating longitudinally arranged along body smooth transparent strips and strips with surface of shagreen 15. In the end surface of the rear part there is a chamfer, and in the front part of the housing and the end surface of the back part there is a through hole for introducing a system for delivering a coronary stent or coronary balloon inside the device. Alternative version of structural design of housing is disclosed.

EFFECT: high reliability, stability and efficiency of the operation performed by means of the device.
