FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means silencing aerodynamic noise of pneumatic equipment and systems for releasing compressed gas or air. Silencer comprises an inlet branch pipe and rigidly coupled thereto a housing made of porous material, housing comprises a branch pipe, made in form of one of side covers of housing, perpendicular to which is rigidly attached an internal cylindrical sleeve coaxial to peripherally arranged perforated sleeves, wherein other end of internal cylindrical sleeve is rigidly connected with second side cover of housing by means of a screw interacting with threaded part of sleeve, wherein in inner sleeve there are calibrated holes, axes of which are perpendicular to axis of sleeve, and cavity formed by perforated sleeves is filled with sound absorbing element made in form of a housing with outer and inner perforated walls, between which there are layers of sound-absorbing material, wherein first layer is more rigid, solid and profiled and is fixed on outer surface, second layer is softer than first, is discontinuous and placed in focus of sound reflecting surfaces of first layer, and third layer of sound-absorbing element is made from foamed sound absorbing material and is located between first, more rigid layer and perforated surface of sound absorbing element, discontinuous sound-absorbing layer located in focus of solid profiled layer is made in form of rotation bodies and secured by means of rods parallel to perforated surfaces, which are rigidly connected to each other by means of vertical, perpendicular thereto, fasteners.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of noise suppression.
