FIELD: acoustics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of silencing aerodynamic noise of pneumatic equipment and compressed gas or air release systems. Noise silencer comprises an inlet branch pipe and a rigidly coupled thereto housing made of a porous material. Housing comprises a branch pipe made in the form of one of side covers of the housing, perpendicular to which there is a rigidly attached internal cylindrical bushing coaxial to peripherally arranged perforated bushings, wherein the other end of the internal cylindrical bushing is rigidly connected with the other side cover of the housing by means of a screw interacting with the bushing threaded part, herewith in the inner bushing there are calibrated holes made with diameter d, axes of which are perpendicular to the bushing axis, and a cavity formed by the perforated bushings is filled with a noise absorbing element. Noise absorbing element is based on aluminium containing alloys with their subsequent filling with titanium hydride or air with the density within 0.5…0.9 kg/m³, or from a soft foamed porous noise-attenuating material, or from a hard porous noise-attenuating material, or from “Rockwool” mineral wool on basalt base, or “URSA” mineral wool, or basalt wool of P-75 type, or from a glass wool with a glass felt, or from a foamed polymer, wherein the sound absorbing element over its entire surface is lined with an acoustically transparent material.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of noise silencing.
