Method of producing neighbor cell information includes: obtaining a global cell identifier (CGI) for the neighboring cell of base station and obtaining neighbor cell according to CGI and conformity between all or part of the information in CGI and in the set of information of public land mobile network (PLMN), set of PLMN information corresponding to the neighboring cell.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing an opportunity for the base station to optimally implement ANR function.
