SUBSTANCE: method for ANR configuration includes: receiving measurement configuration information sent by a base station; measuring attributes of a neighboring cell and GCI according to measurement configuration information; sending a report with measurements to the base station, wherein the report with measurements is used to indicate attributes of the neighboring cell and GCI.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of measuring large number of types of neighboring cells, such as cells supporting LTE standard communication, and cells supporting NR standard communication, thereby corresponding to requirements to ANR function, when implementing 5G standard communication.
