SUBSTANCE: reception of information of a neighbouring cell identifier sent by the base station; when the first CGI (global identifier of the neighbouring cell) is identified, there is determined whether the first CGI is identical to CGI contained in the neighbouring cell identifier information; when the first CGI is identical to the CGI contained in the neighbouring cell identifier information, there is determined CGI contained in the neighbouring cell identifier information, as a CGI of the neighbouring cell; and then information used to indicate CGI of the neighbouring cell is sent to the base station.

EFFECT: improved implementation of ANR function (automatic establishment of correlations between neighbouring nodes).
