FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering. Present invention discloses a method for reconfiguration of resources, base station and user equipment. Method includes steps of: receiving, by means of primary base station, a first message, wherein first message is used to request reconfiguration, for user equipment, of resource corresponding to secondary base station; and initiating by primary base station reconfiguration of resource corresponding to secondary base station, for user equipment.
EFFECT: by means of present disclosure, resource corresponding to a secondary base station can be reconfigured for user equipment in case when secondary base station does not provide a reconfiguration function.
