SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. Radio link failure processing method performed by the user equipment includes: whether a failure occurs on the radio link established between the user equipment and the second network device; and sending a first message indicating that a failure occurs on the radio link to the first network device. Thus, the first network device can learn about the failure in time, which eliminates the need for unnecessary operations. Also, it is possible for the first network device to perform the additional processing in time for the failure of the radio link.
EFFECT: reduced time-out of transmission of user data caused by the failure of the radio link.
