FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel contains a body, a toothing with the teeth and a pair of the annular linings reinforced at the ends of the teeth and at the areas of the body ends adjacent to the tooth ring. Each tooth is formed of a single plate. The through hole is formed symmetrically with respect to the lateral surface. The width of the holes equals half the width of the side surfaces and a height equal to the sum of the height of the holes inoperative portion of the side surface portion and the height of the side surface operating mode in two paired engagement. A similar hole is formed by the tooth tops adjacently thereto. The width of this hole is equal to the width of the first hole. The height of the hole is equal to the height of the side surface of the operating mode in the two-pair engagement, minus the thickness of the strip section which forms the top of the tooth. Both holes are covered from the inside with lining. The opening side tooth top is completely blocked, and the opening side tooth flank is blocked with a gap between the cap and the wheel body.
EFFECT: improved quality and simplification of the lubrication of the gear design.
