SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and it is aimed at diagnosing a predisposition to posttraumatic osteoarthrosis of the knee. In the patients pleomorphism genotyping rs2276109 (A-82G) of the MMP-12 gene is performed. When revealing the GG genotype, genetic predisposition to course of posttraumatic osteoarthrosis of the knee is diagnosed.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase of detection reliability of genetic individual's predisposition to course of osteoarthrosis of the knee after traumatic injury by determining the polymorphism in gene of 12 matrix metalloproteinase.
