SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves exfoliation of the oral mucosa, performed using milling cutters for the implant bed. Before the operation, the type of bone of the alveolar process in the area of implantation is determined. When determining the type of bone tissue D1, the torque of the master cutter is selected within the range of 30–35 N/cm2, while the diameter of the implant bed is 1 mm less than the diameter of the working surface of the implant. When determining the type of bone tissue D2, the torque of the master cutter is selected within the range of 35–40 N/cm2, while the diameter of the implant bed is 0.5 mm less than the diameter of the working surface of the implant. When determining the type of bone tissue D3, the torque of the master cutter is selected in the range of 40–45 N/cm2, while the diameter of the implant bed is made 0.5 mm less than the diameter of the working surface of the implant. When determining the type of bone tissue D4, the torque of the master cutter is selected within the range of 45–50 N/cm2, while the diameter of the implant bed is 0.3 mm less than the diameter of the working surface of the implant.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of implant treatment with simultaneous sinus lifting with a residual bone height of 1–3 mm.
