FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves culturing a microorganism of Escherichia genus in a medium and extracting L-amino acids from a culture medium or a microorganism. Said microorganism inactivates one or more proteins selected from amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 5, amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 6 and amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 7, forming iron absorption system. Microorganism has a high level of intracellular ATP and an improved ability to produce L-amino acid compared to the unmodified strain.
EFFECT: invention relates to a method of producing L-amino acids, where L-amino acid is L-threonine or L-tryptophan.
