SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and concerns a seasoning composition. New seasoning contains soya paste, puree of apple and radish, sugar, salt, vegetable oil and CO2-extracts of carrots, seeds, mustard seeds, rice bran, fennel, East Indies basil, thyme, laurel, birch leaves and calendula.
EFFECT: seasoning has improved organoleptic properties and enriched composition of biologically active substances.
