SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Fastening device for fastening intervertebral implant in vertebrae in accordance with first version contains case, which contains, at least, one curvilinear plate, extended along longitudinal axis (L), passing between first end, which represents anterior end and is made with possibility of penetration into vertebra, and second end, representing posterior end. Fastening device is made with possibility of insertion through passage, passing through, at least, part of implant in order to penetrate into, at least, one vertebral terminal plate and fixation of implant in it by implant-holding limiter. Case contains, at least, one longitudinal rib on, at least, one part of, at least, one of its external surfaces. Rib is made with possibility of interacting with, at least, one groove in implant passage. Fastening system for fixation of intervertebral implant in vertebrae in accordance with first version contains two fastening devices in accordance with first version. First fastening device contains limiter, which represents interacting limiter and contains, at least, one limiting surface, facing in fact anterior end. Second fastening device contains limiter, representing interacting limiter and containing, at least, one limiting surface, facing in fact posterior end. Both interacting limiter are made with possibility of interacting with each other. Intervertebral implant in accordance with first version contains, at least, one peripheral wall, at least, part of which, representing back part, contains, at least, one straight passage with sizes, suitable for reception of, at least, one fastening device, containing curvilinear plate, for providing possibility for said rigid fastening device to pass without deformation independent on its curvature. Passage passes through implant from periphery in direction of upper or lower surface on straight or inclined trajectory, corresponding to curvature of fastening device, inserted in, in fact, lateral face of implant to provide possibility of orienting fastening device in direction of vertebral terminal plate of one of vertebra, between which possibility of implant implantation is provided. Passage contains, at least, one groove, made with possibility of accepting, at least, one rib of fastening device in accordance with first version. Device for implantation of intervertebral implant between vertebrae and implantation of, at least, one fastening device into, at least, one of said vertebrae, contains, at least, one impactor, containing tip with shape and size, suitable for tightening fastening device, and, at least, one guide with shape, extended along longitudinal axis, passing between first end of implant, representing gripper end, and second end, representing pressure end. Gripper end contains, at least, one gripper means, made with possibility of interaction with, at least, one fastening means of implant. Guide contains tip with shape and size, suitable for acception of, at least, part of impactor tip and containing, at least, one guide surface , at least, with curvature radius, made in fact identical to one radius of curvature of said fastening means, to guide said fastening device through passage of said implant in order to press fastening device into vertebral terminal plate of one of vertebrae, between which possibility for implant implantation is provided Tip is made with possibility of providing passage and/or guiding rib of fastening device fastening device for fastening intervertebral implant in vertebrae in accordance with second version contains case, which contains, at least, one straight plate, extended along longitudinal axis (L), passing between first end, which represents removal of fastening device from said peripheral wall Fastening system for fixation of intervertebral implant in vertebrae in accordance with second version contains two fastening devices for fixation pass through implant from periphery in direction to upper or lower surface by trajectory, corresponding to fastening device, to provide possibility of orienting fastening device in direction of vertebral terminal plate of one of vertebrae, between which possibility of implanting implant is provided Implant contains auxiliary means, made for removal of fastening device by means of interacting limiters Intervertebral implant in accordance with fifth version contains, at least, one peripheral wall, at least, part of which, representing posterior part, contains, at least, two passages with sizes, suitable for accepting, at least, two fastening devices of system by second version. Said passages pass through implant from periphery in direction to upper or lower surface by trajectory, corresponding to fastening device, to provide possibility of orienting fastening device in direction of vertebral terminal plate of one of vertebrae, between which possibility of implanting implant is provided. Implant contains auxiliary means, made for bringing limiter of fastening device removal from interaction.
EFFECT: inventions provide smaller obstacles in the process of implantation due to compactness, larger convenience for implantation, in particular in case of implantation in direction of axis, in fact perpendicular to spine axis, larger rigidity for more reliable fixation with reduced risk of damage to vertebra.
