FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has body having two recesses opposite to each other for receiving two spinous processes of two vertebrae. Each recess has two protrusions with the internal wall and a link for holding the body on the processes. The link is formed by at least one ribbon a part of which envelops an area of process surface on the side opposite to the recess. The implant additionally has means for fastening the first end of the ribbon and self-locking fastening means made in one other protrusion through which the second ribbon end is introduced and tightened for holding the ribbon in given position so that the body is rigidly attached to the processes.
EFFECT: increased rigidity in fastening the implant; accelerated installation time.
