FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, particularly to a mouse comprising an endogenous locus α-chain FcγRI promoter α-chain FcγRI and a regulatory sequence operably linked to the gene α-chain FcγRI coding α-chain FcγRI, as well as to a method for its creation. Also disclosed is a mouse embryonic stem cell for producing a mouse which expresses a functional FcγRI protein containing extracellular portion of human α-chain FcγRI and intracellular portion of murine α-chain FcγRI. Invention also relates to a mouse embryo for producing a mouse which expresses functional FcγRI protein containing extracellular portion of human α-chain FcγRI and intracellular portion of mouse α-chain FcγRI.
EFFECT: invention enables to efficiently obtain a mouse which expresses FcγRI protein comprising an extracellular portion of human α-chain FcγRI and intracellular portion of mouse α-chain FcγRI.
