FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to water treatment and can be used in agriculture, production and in everyday life. In water (24) oxygen is blown by injector to electrolysis. Then oxygen is added to water by electrolysis at passage of electric current through the first node paired electrodes (22), made from carbon or inert metal. Water is subjected to action of silver ions obtained at the second unit of the coaxial silver electrode(s) (16) and copper ions are obtained at the third node coaxial copper electrode(s) (18), on which electric current is fed.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of cleaning and disinfection of water, as well as performing safe treatment of water.
