FIELD: x-ray technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to X-ray technology and can be used in different measurement devices for control of composition and structure of industrial and biological objects. X-ray source with optical indication of radiation has cathode, transmission type anode, optical radiation source, means of alignment of optical and X-ray beams. Anode is made in form of thin film, generating X-ray radiation, which is partially transparent for electrons, and substrate, transparent in optical and X-ray ranges. Substrate luminesces in optical range at electron radiation. Mean of combination of streams of X-ray and optical radiation is mirror, which simultaneously reflects radiation in preset bands of X-ray and optical spectra.
EFFECT: technical result is increase of reliability of optical indication of X-ray radiation parameters and operating safety.
