SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of vehicles wheel tire assembly. Technical result is achieved by vehicles wheel tire assembly method, in which frame structure is made, crown structure is made, crown structure is connected with frame structure in radial external position relative to it. At that, production of crown structure includes breaker structure assembly on first forming support. At that, breaker structure assembly includes stages, at which preset number of strip elements is successively laid on first conveyor belt. Preset number of strip elements is successively laid on second conveyor belt. Strip elements are transferred from first conveyor belt to first forming support for first breaker layer assembly. First forming support is moved close to second conveyor belt. Strip elements are transferred from second conveyor belt to first forming support for second breaker layer assembly in radial external position relative to first breaker layer. At that, transfer of strip elements from first conveyor belt to first forming support is carried out simultaneously with strip elements laying on second conveyor belt.
EFFECT: technical result is reducing tire assembly time.
