FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises making the intersecting helical ribs over system structure contour by winding elastic fibre material impregnated with binder on matrix system arranged on mandrel, making shaping lining layer by winding elastic fibre material impregnated with binder of the aforesaid layer, curing the binder and withdrawing the panel from mandrel. First inner lining layer is, first, wound on said mandrel to make structured system of composite matrix from attached shaped elastic gas-filled capsules. Note here that gaps between said capsules serve to form the panel structural set. Structural set ribs of grid structure are made by winding said in composite matrix grooves, that is, in grooves between said gas-filled capsules. Thereafter, the next lining layer is wound over said structural set. Further layers are made in a similar way.
EFFECT: simplified fabrication of sandwiched panels.
