FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the serial production of large-volume composite panels and can be used in the production of panels with a multi-level surface with protruding and recessed areas of various shapes and with a different surface relief, intended for mounting additional equipment. In the manufacture of bulk large-sized composite panels is formed by laying on the shaping tool of the first and second cladding layer of flexible fibrous material. On the first cladding layer, a strength reinforcing frame of flexible fibrous material is laid out to create multi-level uneven stiffening ribs. Second cladding layer is laid out with the formation of multi-level surfaces with protruding and in-depth areas corresponding in shape and size to the side of the joining elements adjacent to the panel and devices, with embedding of fasteners for attachable elements and/or providing holes for subsequent embedding of necessary fastenings into the panel.
EFFECT: increase in durability during operation of panels.
