FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and represents a method for identification of pain syndrome accompanying polyneuropathy in patients with vibration disease, comprising venous blood sampling, producing blood serum and determining the quantitative content of serotonin. According to the invention, the content of copper is being additionally determined in blood serum by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and if the content of copper in blood serum is less than 0.7 mcg/l, and serotonin level is lower than 30 ng/ml, pain syndrome accompanying polyneuropathy in patients with vibration disease is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention implementation provides the timely diagnosis of pain syndrome accompanying polyneuropathy in patients with vibration disease, as well as allows eliminating subjective assessment while establishing diagnosis.
