FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, to three-phase power transformers with windings from high-temperature superconductors. Superconducting transformer cryostat consists of separate toroidal containers according to number of phases, formed by inner and outer vertical coaxial dielectric cylinders, connected by flat circular bottoms to each other. Each individual toroidal container is placed on magnetic core separate rod, made with heat-insulated outer surfaces in form of parallelepipeds, arranged with gap between middle and lateral cylindrical toroidal containers heat insulating coating parallel edges. Length of parallelepipeds in transverse direction relative to magnetic conductor longitudinal plane of symmetry exceeds width of parallelepipeds, parallel to its longitudinal plane of symmetry. Width of side toroidal containers parallelepipeds is more than width of middle toroidal container parallelepiped, located between side toroidal cryostat containers. Gap between heat insulating coating parallel edges of two adjacent toroidal containers is filled with sheet foamed polyurethane material, and its bottom edges along entire perimeter are sealed with foamed polyurethane seams.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency due to reduced heat inflows from ambient environment through external heat insulation to cryogenic liquid.
