SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of formula [I]: , where R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 denote H; R6 denotes hydroxymethyl; A7 denotes C-R7, A8 denotes N and A9 denotes C-R9; R7, R9, R10 and R11 are selected independently from each other from H, C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-alkoxy, cyano and C1-6-alkylsulphonyl, where the said C1-6-alkyl or C1-6-alkoxy is optionally substituted with one or more substitutes selected from chlorine, fluorine and C1-6-alkoxy; and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
EFFECT: compounds are positive allosteric modulators (PAM) of nicotinic α7-receptor of acetylcholine.
