FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to oncology, and molecular biology. There is proposed a diagnostic technique for papillary cell renal carcinoma (PCRC), the method comprising steps of obtaining initial pair of fabric samples from the patient, extraction and purification of preparations RNA, synthesis of cDNA on RNA matrix using the oligonucleotide primers, carrying out quantitative amplification reaction of fragment of gene CALL and comparing the amount of amplified fragment of CALL for sample, obtained from potentially affected with cancer tissue, with the amount of amplified DNA fragment for sample, obtained from normal tissue. Reducing of content of mRNA of gene CALL from 4 to 45 times is a diagnostic indicator of PCRC.
EFFECT: invention allows with high-reliability to diagnose a PCRC, including at an early stage of cancer.
