FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, namely to use of transgenic plants of forest tree species as biological models during prediction of cycles of nitrogen and carbon in forest ecosystems. Wherein said application involves laboratory experiment at long-term decomposition of samples of various organs of plants, data of which is used in model of organic substance dynamics ROMUL.
EFFECT: invention allows effective use of transgenic plants as biological models during prediction of cycles of nitrogen and carbon in forest ecosystems.
