SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a transgenic plant of birch of Betula pendula type, having resistance to action of herbicides based on phosphine-tricine by comparison with a wild-type analogue, as well as to a method of its obtainment.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to efficiently obtain a transgenic plant of a birch, resistant to effect of herbicides based on phosphine-tricine.
