FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, namely to transgenic birch plant capable of early blossoming in age up to six years after planting from in vitro conditions to non-sterile conditions or planting of various parts of plant in conditions of protected or open soil compared to wild-type analogue, containing nucleic acid coding glutamine synthetase.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to efficiently obtain transgenic birch plant capable of early blossoming.
