FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to optical surgical probes. Probe comprises tip including cannula at distal end of tip, light guide, passing inside cannula and configured to transmit light beam from light source through cannula,generator of set of points, formed in distal hole of cannula, containing polyhedral end surface, spaced from distal end of light guide and having at least one face, inclined to light beam path, spherical lens, placed distally to polyhedral end surface, and coupling with high conductivity, surrounding distal end of light guide and being in thermal contact with cannula. Coupling comprises side screen, extending beyond distal end of light guide to screen cannula from part of light, reflected by polyhedral end surface of generator of set of points.
EFFECT: use of inventions enables extending range of optical surgical probes.
