SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment. Solid-state Electrochemical sensor for determining of water vapors partial pressures in randomly selected gas mixture according to invention represents one of planar structure elements, produced on dielectric plate, such as glass ceramic or polycore, contains silver-chloride electrodes, representing arbitrary topological configuration silver electrodes, with nonuniform layer of AgCl, formed by electrochemical method on their surface, and contact areas for external circuit conductors, free from AgCl, and plasticized solid electrolyte on electrodes surface.

EFFECT: invention enables to form sensors, in which in structural version of sensors liquid substances are absent, which makes them safe, accurate, with high reproducibility and repeatability of measurements, as well as compact.
