METHOD OF ELECTROCHEMICAL INDICATION OF IMMUNO-CHEMICALLY ACTIVE MACROMOLECULES IN EXAMINED SOLUTIONS Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

Abstract RU 2107296 C1

FIELD: medicine, pharmacology, biotechnology, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method of electrochemical indication of immuno-chemically active macromolecules in examined solution provides for formation of immuno-sensitive sensor with membrane carrying specific receptors immobilized in it, composition of electrochemical measurement cell from immuno- sensitive sensor and comparison electrode coupled by measurement instrument, placement of the latter into working solution and determination of shift of value of isoelectric point of membrane depending on content of determined macromolecules in examined solution by measuring voltage across cell under stepped change of ion intensity of working solution. Membrane is formed from electrically conductive polymer by method of electrochemical synthesis from solution of monomer with specific receptors placed in it on surface of electrode for potentiometric measurements. For determination of shift of value of isoelectric point of membrane examined solution with ion intensity higher than that of working solution is added into working solution under constant value of pH of working solution. EFFECT: simplification and reduced cost of method, diminished time of analysis, raised sensitivity of analysis and authenticity of results. 10 cl, 4 dwg
