SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to beds, intended for improvement and facilitation of fixed body care of lying patients in need of their turning, and represents sectional support with retainers, fencing with additional support and sidewall with rotary supports and hooks for fencing. Furthermore, it has posts fixed on sides with support elements for installation of detachable beams with drive fixed in its middle part, comprising handle, horizontal shaft with rotation supports, flexible links, rigidly connected with horizontal shaft and self braking gear with input shaft, attached to its ends of handle, located perpendicular to horizontal shaft. Besides, one flexible link is connected to sectionalizing support, and other one is connected to fencing in its center of gravity, including rods, bar and horizontal bar. Additional support is composed of retractable bracket, installed in lower part of functional bed.

EFFECT: set of above signs and their interrelation provides simple, easy maintenance, which in the end improves its quality.
