SUBSTANCE: cutting tool (20, 120), used to form grooves and section, has cutting plate (22, 122), fixed in housing-plate, with possibility of removal (24, 124). Cutting plate (22, 122) contains plate passage (38), wherein housing-plate (24, 124) contains housing passage (66). When cutting plate (22, 122) is resilient clamped in retaining part (58) and located in rearmost position, passage plane (P1) containing housing and plate passage axes, forms first angle with main plane (P2), perpendicular to plate longitudinal axis (A), and comprises plate passage central point (CI), wherein first angle smaller than or equal to 60°. Cutting plate (22, 122) can be removed from cutting tool (20, 120) by removed key first and second fastening parts (82, 84) simultaneous placing in housing passages (38, 66) and plate, respectively, and removed key turning.
EFFECT: enabling improvement of cutting plate resilient clamping device in housing seat.
