FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement of electric currents and concerns a fibre-optic electric current sensor. Sensor includes a radiation source, an input and an output connectors, an input and an output collimators, a polarizer, an optically active crystal, an analyzer, a photodetector, an assembling tube, a rotary bushing and a fixing device of the rotary bushing. Optically active crystal, the analyzer, the output collimator and the output connector are fixed in the rotary bushing making it possible to perform its setting by the angle of rotation relative to the polarizer in the assembling tube with the accuracy of not less than 0.1°. Rotary bushing after setting the required angular position is locked by a locking ring.
EFFECT: technical result is the increase of conversion coefficient and higher measurement accuracy.
