SUBSTANCE: group of inventions provides magnetic particles associated with streptavidin with high biotin binding capacity, and their production method. Magnetic particle associated with streptavidin has structure, in which streptavidin molecules are linked to each other on magnetic particle, where magnetic particle associated with streptavidin is made by method including following steps: (1) making suspension containing magnetic particles on surface of which amino groups are present; and (2) reaction of magnetic particles with streptavidin and glutaraldehyde by introduction of glutaraldehyde in presence of streptavidin in suspension made at step (1).
EFFECT: present group of inventions can be effectively used in clinical diagnostics.
