FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to insoluble molecular imprinted polymers (MIP) production method. Method of insoluble molecular imprinted polymers (MIP) production includes: a) producing soluble or semi-soluble MIP polymers, which are characterized by fact, that 1) all polymers will be connected with matrix agents, by which they were imprinted and 2) have dimensions, which enable their separation at chromatographic stage using chromatography with compacted adsorbent layer, where dimensions of soluble or semi-soluble MIP, produced at stage a), are such, that they will be filtered through membrane filter having cutoff of less than or equal to 900 nm, b) cross-linking of soluble or semi-soluble MIP polymers from stage a) so, that to produce insoluble MIP, which bind said matrix agents, and c) optionally extraction, concentration or purification of MIP polymers produced from cross-linking at stage b).

EFFECT: implementation of new method of insoluble MIP polymers producing, which can be separated from aqueous solution, produced material makes it suitable for use in cleaning during use of chromatography with compacted adsorbent layer.
