FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to obtaining cell lines used for development of treating with target preparations, and can be used in medicine. Cell line crov Cel of human mucinous ovarian carcinoma is characterized by presence in exon 9 of gene PIK3CA of somatic missense mutation E542K (1624 G/A), leading to amino acid replacement in 542 codon (p.Glu542Lys). Mutation is registered in international database (COSMIC, COSM760Id) and is associated with higher sensitivity to mTOR inhibitor therapy. Obtained cell line is stored in Russian national collection of industrial microorganisms FGUPGosNIIGenetika under No. 160.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain cell line crov Cel of human mucinous ovarian carcinoma, which has stable culture and morphological characteristics.
