SUBSTANCE: invention can be used: for recording graphic objects on a magnetic resonance image. Core of the invention is that a system of magnetic resonance imaging receives the first magnetic resonance data and reconstructs the first magnetic resonance image. Received is a registration of multiple graphic objects for the first MR-image, which determines the spatial position of the multiple graphic objects on the first magnetic resonance image. Method further includes a repeated: obtaining the second magnetic resonance data; reconstruction of the second magnetic resonance image; reception of coordinates of repeated positioning on the second magnetic resonance image for the first group selected from multiple graphic objects; and determining the second group coordinates conversion selected from multiple graphic objects by using a coordinate conversion model to the coordinates of repeated positioning.

EFFECT: technical result is providing more precise taking into account movement of the controlled object.
