FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, namely to method of determining sequence of nucleic molecules of target molecule. Oligonucleotide capture probe is obtained, which is attached to encoded microcarrier. Microcarrier code representing non-chromophor barcode, identifies sequence of said oligonucleotide probe. Oligonucleotide capture probe is hybridized with sample containing nucleic acid molecule with sequence complementary to sequence of capture probe. Then sequence of hybridized nucleic acid molecule is determined, wherein oligonucleotide capture probe serves as sequencing primer. Then microcarrier code is determined and sequence of oligonucleotide capture probe is identified, corresponding to microcarrier code. Data on sequence obtained during sequencing is combined with data obtained during determination of microcarrier code, thereby determining sequence of nucleic acid of target-molecule.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce time and increase accuracy of determination of nucleic acid sequences in sample.
