Method includes steps of: elongated core coating with outer layer containing inactivated foaming agent, their arrangement in mold and activation of foaming agent to form sound absorbing part and foot connected to elongated core. At that, foot average density exceeds sound absorbing part average density.
EFFECT: enabling elimination of labor-intensive and expensive production processes.
