FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical technology, namely, to variants of an ear plug. In the first embodiment, the plug comprises a leg and a noise-reducing body portion attached to the leg. Noise-reducing body portion comprises a front end, an end of the base, an end region located rearward with respect to the front end, and a longitudinal axis extending between the front end and the base end. Plug includes a set of cavities located within the end region and spaced apart from each other about the longitudinal axis. Set of cavities forms a folding volume. End region in a cross-section by a plane passing through a set of cavities and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, contains the area (Ac) of the cavities, the area (Am) of the material. Area ratio (Ac/Am) 0.10<(Ac/Am)<0.35. In the second variant, the ear plug contains a shoulder extending around the leg. Plug comprises an outer surface of the bead, an inner surface of the bead having a plurality of protrusions and/or recesses, and a longitudinal axis extending between the front end and the base end.
EFFECT: quick and easy insertion of the plug into the ear canal and increasing the comfort of wearing it.
